About VelixSoft
The company, the catalogue, and how buying works.
VelixSoft builds custom software and interface systems. Its current flagship is the Velix Perfect Panel Theme, a package of 30 template files for panel owners using the Perfect Panel platform. VelixSoft also takes made-to-order software briefs.
No. The Velix Perfect Panel Theme is for panel owners using the Perfect Panel platform, and VelixSoft also takes custom software briefs for other workflows. If your project is beyond the theme, describe the work you need so we can agree on scope before starting.
No. Products are sold as one-time licenses. Updates are covered for the purchased major version, as described in the product terms. VelixSoft does not bill monthly, and the desktop apps do not require an account to launch.
YTLeads Pro stores collected contacts, its database, and settings locally and does not sync them to a VelixSoft cloud service. Search requests are sent to YouTube. The Perfect Panel Theme is a package of files for use in a customer’s platform, not a VelixSoft-hosted panel. See each product page for its specific data and platform details.
Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We confirm compatibility and scope before any payment, then deliver the build, source files where applicable, and documentation. Installation help is included with every purchase, and support comes directly from the people who built the product.
VelixSoft does not publish a product roadmap or take pre-orders for unreleased software. New releases are announced when they are ready to install.
About YTLeads Pro
Platforms, privacy, exports, and updates for our desktop application.
YTLeads Pro searches YouTube for channels and videos matching your keywords, then parses public email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, Telegram handles, and social links that creators have published on their channels.
The app stores its collected contacts, database, and settings locally and does not sync them to a VelixSoft cloud service. Search requests are sent directly to YouTube so the app can find channels and videos; local storage does not hide those requests from the platform. Protect access to your device and use the software only in ways allowed by the current platform terms.
You can export your leads to CSV or Excel files. Excel exports organize contacts into separate sheets by type (Emails, WhatsApp, Socials, etc.) for easy import into your CRM.
YTLeads Pro supports Windows 10/11 and macOS on Intel and Apple Silicon.
Free updates apply to the major version you purchased, as stated in the Terms of Service. A later major version may be sold separately.
About the Perfect Panel Theme
Integration, delivery, editions, customization, and refunds.
The Velix package contains 30 template files prepared for Perfect Panel; it is not panel software. The exact installation path and required account permissions should be confirmed for your setup before purchase. Contact us with your platform version and whether you use a main or child panel. Do not send passwords in your first message.
Perfect Panel documents a built-in Visual Theme Editor for creating pages and customizing blocks, layouts, forms, tables, and colors. The Velix theme is a separately prepared package of 30 template files; you select one color edition. Compare the pages you need with the included files and your account’s editor permissions. If you need to confirm compatibility or the installation path, contact us before purchase.
Include the Perfect Panel software version, the PHP version shown by your host, whether you use a main or child panel, and any pages, languages, or branding changes you need. Do not send passwords or customer data in your first message. The Terms of Service require a full backup of your files, database, and configuration before installation.
After purchase confirmation, you receive the theme package, source files, and documentation. We can guide your team through installation or install it for you after receiving the required limited access.
You choose your preferred color edition (Ember, Ocean, Rose, Teal, Sage, or Dusk) when purchasing. Your purchase includes your selected edition ready to install on your Perfect Panel.
Yes. We can add languages and translate the interface, change or add sections, restructure pages, and adapt the design to your brand. If you want a panel designed from scratch rather than an adaptation, we can scope that too. Tell us what you need and we will agree on the scope and price before any work starts.
The terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for the agreed website, SMM panel, or project. They do not specify a panel count. If you plan to use the theme on more than one panel or project, contact us to confirm the agreed scope before purchase.
Digital product sales are generally final once access or files are delivered. We will issue a refund, store credit, or fix if the delivered product materially differs from its listed specifications, cannot be delivered, or has a critical defect that we fail to resolve within a reasonable timeframe. To request a review, contact us through your original purchase channel with the order details and relevant evidence. Mandatory consumer protection rights still apply; read the full Refund Policy for details.
Free updates apply to the major version you purchased, as stated in the Terms of Service. A later major version or a separately scoped redesign may be sold separately.
