VelixSoft is a software company. We build custom software to order, including web apps, desktop tools, and interface systems. Alongside client work, we ship our own products, like YTLeads Pro and the Velix Perfect Panel Theme.
No. Perfect Panel is where the company started, and the theme is one product in one category. YTLeads Pro is general-purpose lead research used well beyond that market. New releases are planned in desktop software, automation, and data products, and none of them depend on the SMM panel market.
No. Every product is a one-time license for a specific release. Compatibility fixes and refinements to the release you bought are included at no extra cost. You are never billed monthly, we do not meter usage, and the desktop apps launch without an account.
On your own machine. YTLeads Pro keeps its contact database, search history, and settings in local storage on your computer, with no cloud sync and no telemetry pipeline. The Perfect Panel Theme runs entirely inside your own panel installation and sends nothing to us.
Message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. We confirm compatibility and scope before any payment, then deliver the build, source files where applicable, and documentation. Installation help is included with every purchase, and support comes directly from the people who built the product.
Additional desktop software is in engineering, and the automation, developer tools, and data product categories are being scoped. We announce releases when they are ready to install rather than as pre-orders. Tell us which workflow costs you the most time and it will inform what we build.

No. YTLeads Pro operates with complete privacy. Your keywords, scraped contacts, database, and settings stay private on your machine without cloud dependencies or seat fees.
You can export your leads to CSV or Excel files. Excel exports organize contacts into separate sheets by type (Emails, WhatsApp, Socials, etc.) for easy import into your CRM.

About the Perfect Panel Theme

Perfect Panel allows panel owners to upload custom HTML/CSS/Twig themes. The Velix Perfect Panel Theme is built specifically for Perfect Panel, and setup assistance is included so it installs correctly into your admin dashboard.
After purchase confirmation, you receive the theme package, source files, and documentation. We can guide your team through installation or install it for you after receiving the required limited access.
You choose your preferred color edition (Ember, Ocean, Aurora, Cyan, Emerald, or Midnight) when purchasing. Your purchase includes your selected edition ready to install on your Perfect Panel.
Yes, and most buyers ask for something. We add languages and translate the interface, change or add sections, restructure pages, and match your brand rather than an edition of ours. If you want a panel designed from scratch instead of an adaptation, we do that too. Tell us what you need and we will scope and price it before any work starts.
Because the package is a digital product, refunds are limited once files have been delivered. If a verified compatibility issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will review it fairly.
Compatibility fixes and improvements to your purchased release are included. Major future products or fully redesigned editions may be sold separately.
