Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered to you. Because digital files cannot physically be returned, all sales are considered final.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The product is completely non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• The product description was misleading and the product differs vastly from what was stated.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
